Penn Impact Investing is a student-led organization committed to providing an immersive, hands-on experience in the rapidly growing field of impact investing — across asset classes, return profiles, and real-world sectors such as climate resilience, energy efficiency, financial inclusion, and affordable housing.
We empower undergraduates to make a positive difference in the world through market-driven solutions, not just awareness. Our focus on live project work with funds and deep alumni engagement ensures that students gain practical exposure, develop conviction, and are well-prepared to pursue meaningful and impactful careers in private capital.
Our Initiatives
Venture Capital and Private Equity Projects
Pro-bono semester-long engagements with leading impact funds — supporting sourcing, diligence, thesis design, and thematic research.
We engage in real-world projects with venture capital and private equity firms, gaining practical experience and providing valuable insights in investment analysis and decision-making.
Events and Workshops
Career panels, speaker series, deal simulations, recruitment support, and community-building within a network of like-minded peers and alumni who are actively working across impact investing, climate tech, infrastructure, and adjacent spaces.
We organize a wide range of events and workshops that broaden understanding of impact investing and provide opportunities for networking and skill development.
